Perla (Little Puck) was recently hospitalized, and has now been finishing her recovery at home. She receives a visit from the nurse, Naomi (Ariel Demure), who has been visiting her home for follow-up checks. Naomi gives Perla a final, quick examination. We get the sense that sparks have been flying between the two for some time as they have gotten to know each other, and this visit is no different.
